Free Domestic Shipping, no minimum required - From our Canada store shipping within Canada and from our USA store shipping within USA.
Free International Shipping, $100 minimum purchase required - To and from Canada/USA store plus over 100 countries.
All orders will be shipped as regular parcel delivery of our choice. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping. You are responsible for all import duties and taxes associated with your purchase if coming from another country.
When purchasing products, you are purchasing from the current, in store stock. Customers are encouraged to view both Toronto and Chicago inventories which differ between store with the understanding that product ordered may be from another country (Canada or USA).
- The option for expedited shipping may be selected at check out. Any additional fees will be added to the total cost of your order.
- All orders will be shipped with no signature required. Any special delivery instructions should be outlined in the notes field during check out.
- Please remember to include your Unit/Apartment number upon checking out to prevent a returned package. If your order is returned, we will re-ship the order with your corrected information and invoice you for the additional shipping.
- No order will be accepted unless complete shipping information is provided - Full Name, Full Address, Valid Email Address, Phone number including area code. These fields are mandatory to ensure proper delivery.
- We cannot be responsible for delays in orders based on incorrect shipping information or declined payments.
- If you have any questions, please check your tracking information provided once your order has been shipped or send us an email at email@example.com if shopping from Chicago store and firstname.lastname@example.org if shopping from Toronto store. Please provide your order number.
- Delivery delays may occur for international orders based on border customs processing. We are not responsible for customs-related delays.
- Customers are responsible for paying all local taxes, including taxes on shipping and foreign duty assessed by your local customs offices. We are not responsible if there are any further charges for customs handling once your delivery leaves our location.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. We will always do our best to ensure safe and speedy delivery of your orders. If you receive an item that doesn't meet your expectations, please let us know right away by emailing email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org depending on the location of your purchase.
Due to the personal nature of many of the products we sell, some items are not returnable. Please carefully read the information provided below before making your purchases. We've provided detailed instructions on how to return any eligible products.
