Purchases made in person from our retail locations have different return policies. Please see both policies below.
In-store Purchases
- For hygiene and sanitary reasons some items are not eligible for returns.
- Unopened items may be returned in the original packaging at original pricing within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
- Clothing items must be returned in new condition, unwashed, no signs of wear unless manufacturer defect within 30 days.
- Leather products may be returned within 15 days with proof of purchase, must be in new condition and never used.
Leather returns are not accepted after events like Market Days, Pride etc. - No returns on personal items or underwear.
- No refunds or exchanges on Event Tickets.
- All sale or discounted items are final.
- Refunds will be processed to the original source of payment (credit or cash).
- Men’s Room reserves the right to deny any refund for any reason at the discretion of the employee.
Online Purchases
- Any product that was damaged or defective upon delivery can be returned for a full refund.
